The hotel's rooms were very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated, but were small and lacked coffee station supplies. The location was ideal, within walking distance from Montecasino and close to many restaurants. The service, though friendly, was occasionally disrupted by loud disturbances late at night. The hotel's dining options were good overall, but lacked enough children-friendly choices. The facilities were without food, and the staff deserved recognition for their excellent customer service.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms are quite tiny but have all you need and are very comfortable with a nice view of the garden, tower, and walls. The service was friendly and accommodating, but there were interruptions due to forgetfulness. The location is excellent, close to entertainment and restaurants, especially Monte Casino. The dining options were good, with creative salads. Overall, it was a decent stay with some room for improvement.
